I have been designing user experiences for the past 20 years.  In that time, I have had the opportunity to work for clients from startups to Fortune 500 companies, and for projects lasting from a few weeks to a few years. I have designed the UX of websites, software applications, mobile and tablet applications, kiosks, and even interactive TV.

I lead multidisciplinary teams to success and to the delivery of high-quality work. I enjoy collaborating with business managers, engineers, and creatives.  I often see my role as that of a translator and educator.

Above all, I design experiences that leave users satisfied, while meeting business requirements and constraints.  I want my work to be memorable for the right reasons.

A few other things about me:

• I live in Montreal, Quebec. 
• I am bilingual in French and English.  I hold both French and US citizenships.
• I enjoy camping and the outdoors. I sew, knit, and craft various little things that make me feel somewhat creative.
